IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS / महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश

1. 01. Before filling out the online application, candidates must go through the detailed Advertisement available on the company’s website. Please proceed to fill out the online application only if you are satisfied that you possess the minimum Essential Qualifications stipulated for the seat in the detailed advertisement. Otherwise, submitted application(s) shall be outrightly rejected.
   ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध विस्तृत विज्ञापन को अवश्य देखना चाहिए। कृपया ऑनलाइन आवेदन तभी भरें जब आप संतुष्ट हों कि आपके पास विस्तृत विज्ञापन में सीट के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम आवश्यक योग्यताएँ हैं। अन्यथा, प्रस्तुत आवेदन सीधे अस्वीकार कर दिए जाएँगे।
2. 02. The applicants are advised to fill in all their particulars in the online application form carefully, as the submission of incorrect information may lead to the rejection of the application. An application, once submitted after the examination fee has been paid, cannot be changed or edited.
   आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म में सभी विवरण सावधानीपूर्वक भरें, क्योंकि गलत जानकारी देने पर आवेदन अस्वीकृत किया जा सकता है। एक बार परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करने के बाद आवेदन सबमिट हो जाने पर उसमें कोई संशोधन या बदलाव नहीं किया जा सकता।
3. 03. Candidates are advised to fill in their correct and active mobile number & email address in the online application, as any correspondence made by the company will be through mobile number & email only. The candidates are also advised to refer to the website of the company for regular updates.
   उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अपना सही और सक्रिय मोबाइल नंबर एवं ईमेल पता भरें, क्योंकि कंपनी द्वारा की जाने वाली सभी संपर्क प्रक्रिया केवल मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल के माध्यम से ही की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे नियमित अपडेट के लिए कंपनी की वेबसाइट देखते रहें।
4. 04. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for both positions – Airport Ground Staff and Loader. Separate examination fees will apply for each seat. Applications will be accepted only after the form and examination fee are fully submitted. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
   जो उम्मीदवार पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं, वे दोनों पदों – एयरपोर्ट ग्राउंड स्टाफ और लोडर – के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग परीक्षा शुल्क देय होगा। आवेदन केवल तभी स्वीकार किए जाएंगे जब आवेदन फॉर्म पूरी तरह भरकर परीक्षा शुल्क जमा कर दिया गया हो। अधूरे आवेदन अस्वीकार कर दिए जाएंगे।
5. 05. The examination fee for all posts, including Airport Ground Staff and Loader, is ₹300 INR. The fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   एयरपोर्ट ग्राउंड स्टाफ, लोडर एवं अन्य सभी पदों के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क ₹300 निर्धारित है। एक बार भुगतान किया गया शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।।
6. 06. Candidates are not required to send the printouts of their online applications or any of their education or identification documents to the company’s registered office.
   उम्मीदवारों को अपने ऑनलाइन आवेदन या अपनी शिक्षा या पहचान दस्तावेज के प्रिंटआउट को कंपनी पंजीकृत कार्यालय में भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
7. 07. Hire Aviation reserves the right to change the centres at their discretion if the situation demands.
   स्थिति के अनुसार, Hire Aviation अपने विवेक पर केंद्रों को बदलने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
