Please note that all exam or application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a fee is paid, it cannot be returned, partially or fully, even in case of cancellation.
To cancel your registration or application, you must contact our support team via email at info@hireaviation.com. Include your full name, registration ID, and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are effective only after confirmation from our team.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled exam or service date. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
We may offer the option to reschedule in exceptional cases at our discretion. However, this does not include a refund of fees, and approval is subject to availability and management approval.
While exam fees are non-refundable, any additional services purchased (such as study materials, workshops, or other training sessions) may have separate refund policies. Please review individual service terms or contact our support team for clarification.
Hire Aviation reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately and posted on our website. It is the responsibility of the user to review the policy before making a registration or payment.
